What You’ll Do:

Sales Generation:

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
  • Develop store associate’s sales techniques
  • Actively support clientele program
  • Manage social media to generate virtual sales

Customer Experience: 

  • Maintain a warm, helpful and authentic shopping environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency in "selling floor readiness" prior to the store opening
  • Identify and implement out of box opportunities to exceed customer expectations
  • Lead customer through the fitting room 
  • Creating the best possible customer service
  • Create great long-lasting relationships with our Hemline customers
  • Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback 


  • Uphold consistent inventory accuracy 
  • Sustain seamless store operational procedures
  • Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization MERCHANDISING / VISUAL
  • Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times
  • Provide real time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance
  • Ensure inventory levels and product assortments meet customers needs

People & Culture:

  • Consistently identify talent needs and work with Store Manager on acquiring the talent
  • Display a dedicated approach to motivate, develop and retain talent
  • Consistently provide performance feedback to ensure growth, change and results
  • Support all training and customer experience programs

What You’ll Need:

  • Social media experience preferred 
  • 3+ years relevant management experience in a fast paced, creative retail environment
  • Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies
