IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

We do not process in store refunds. Please return all online purchases to our online store. We can only issue store credits and exchanges in store.

For In store purchases only: We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for items returned within 14 days (or 7 days at select locations) of the original purchase.  The items must be unworn, undamaged, with the original tags still attached, and accompanied by a receipt.  Seasonal items, sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALES.  Please note that all apothecary, beauty, lingerie, pierced jewelry, swimwear, hats, and hair accessories are FINAL SALES.  Items bought with store credit are FINAL SALES. We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase. If you are shipping item(s) back to us, please make sure it is within the guidelines of this RETURN POLICY. You may request a return label from us for a $15 deduction from your store credit amount.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

For online orders, we accept products that are unworn, undamaged, with the original tags still attached for a full refund or an online store credit. 

You have 28 days from the order ship date to get a refund or an online store credit. You will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase should you choose to be refunded. Seasonal items, sale items, and discounted items are FINAL SALES. Please note that all apothecary, beauty, lingerie, pierced jewelry, swimwear, hats, masks, hair accessories, sale items, and online store credit purchases are final sale. Please return the products you buy online through our easy online return process and the products you buy in store back to the store. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

ALL SALE ITEMS AND DESIGNER HANDBAGS BAGS ARE FINAL. 

Online Return Process

Please email hello@shophemline.com with your order number and reason for exchange or return accompanied by a photo and you will receive an email within 24 hours of your request. Please pack your returned item in a box or padded mailer.  Returns shipping price will be deducted from your refund amount/store credit amount. The shipping fee is not refundable.

Late Returns

All returns should be in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original tags attached. Any returns received more than 28 days from the ship date are ineligible for return or store credit and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and we will ship the new size/color once we recieve the original item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email hello@shophemline.com and send your item to 609 Chartres Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our store and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@shophemlie.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
