Online Return Policy
Our in-store and online return policy is 14 days for store credit or exchange. We do not process in-store or online refunds. Please note that any items bought at a discount are final sale and ineligible for exchange or store credit.
If your item was shipped, you have 14 days from the order ship date to get a store credit.
Items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Items that do not meet this policy will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.
Seasonal items, sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALES. All apothecary, beauty, lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, hats, sunglasses, and hair accessories are FINAL SALES. Items bought with store credit are FINAL SALES. We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase. If you are shipping item(s) back to us, please ensure it is within this RETURN POLICY's guidelines. You may request a return label from us for a $10 deduction from your store credit amount.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns to a Different Hemline Location
You can return your in-store or online orders to any Hemline location. We can accommodate returns brought in person to any Hemline location that falls within the Return Policy guidelines. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount when a purchase is returned to a different Hemline location.
How to Request a Return Label for Items That Need to Be Shipped Back
Please email hello@shophemline.com with your order number and reason for exchange or return accompanied by a photo and you will receive an email within 24 hours of your request. Please pack your returned item in a box or padded mailer. You may request a return label from us for a $10 deduction from your store credit amount. All shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Late Returns
Any returns received more than 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return or store credit and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
