Meet our Victorian-inspired Harmon Dress, new this season in silk habotai with custom Battenberg lace and hand-attached dimensional flower appliques. This mini frock has an elaborate lace mock collar and surrounding yoke, framed by slim long sleeves. The bodice and upper skirt feature a shirred center panel, which extends to asymmetrical layered flounces at the bottom.
